Darwin Caraballo-Burgos, MD

Dr. Caraballo-Burgos graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota. He received the Humanism in Medicine Award in and is a distinguished member of the AOA National Medical Honor Society. Dr. Caraballo completed his Family Medicine Residency Program at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach and was honored as Resident of the Year. He is currently in private practice and is a member of the Florida Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.
