Natalie Alvarez, RN is the Case Management Department Manager.  She manages both the RN case managers and care coordinators which work hand in hand with providers nationally.  Natalie’s career in health care as a Registered Nurse includes varied nursing experiences and positions as Adult and Pediatric emergency department , PACU, pediatric urgent care, appeals, and utilization management to name a few.

She graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2016.
